SMC Material Producing
The high-speed disperser thoroughly mixes the SMC raw materials using a high-speed rotating dispersion disk. The blended mixture is then processed into SMC sheets using an SMC sheet machine and is ready for subsequent manhole cover production. TechnoFRP offers high-quality high-speed dispersers and automated SMC sheet production lines.
SMC Manhole Cover Production Process
Cut the SMC sheets produced by the SMC sheet machine into appropriate sizes and place them into TechnoFRP's SMC manhole cover molding press. Close the mold and apply pressure for a set duration. Once the process is complete, remove the finished SMC manhole cover. We offer a complete range of production equipment, including hydraulic presses and compatible manhole cover molds.
